1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — The ls888 website, mobile interface, software applications, and all associated services operated at https://ls888.cam, including any subdomains or mirror sites operated by ls888.
• "Member" / "User" — Any individual who has successfully completed the ls888 registration process and holds an active, verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" — The registered, password-protected user profile through which a Member accesses ls888 services, maintains a balance, and places wagers.
• "Balance" — The aggregate funds — comprising cash balance and any applicable bonus balance — held within a Member's ls888 account at any given time.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — Any sum of money staked on a game outcome, sporting event, or number-draw result through the ls888 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits added to a Member's account pursuant to a bonus or promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum cumulative total amount a Member must wager using bonus funds before those funds, and any resulting winnings, become eligible for withdrawal. Also referred to as "rollover requirement".
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The identity verification process through which ls888 confirms a Member's full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method ownership prior to processing withdrawals or flagged transactions.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all ls888 account balances, transaction amounts, and wagering thresholds are denominated for Members registered in Indonesia.
• "RNG" (Random Number Generator) — The independently audited and certified software engine that governs the statistical outcome of all non-live casino games on the ls888 Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" — A voluntary measure by which a Member formally requests that their access to the ls888 Platform be suspended for a defined or indefinite period as a responsible gaming control.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ls888 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for gambling on ls888 is 21, in line with the internationally applied responsible gaming standard for the Indonesian market segment ls888 serves.
• You must be acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or agent of ls888 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member or cohabitant of any such person.
• You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion on the ls888 Platform or on any platform operated by an affiliate of ls888.
• You must not hold, or have previously held, any other account on the ls888 Platform.
• You represent and warrant that you have independently assessed the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence and that your participation on ls888 does not contravene any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you. ls888 does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability in respect of any Member who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ls888 services, including the placement of wagers, deposits, and withdrawals, you must complete the account registration process in full. By registering, you agree to the following obligations and conditions:

3.1 Accuracy of Information. All information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number — must be accurate, current, and complete at the time of submission and kept up to date for the duration of your membership. ls888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time.

3.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the ls888 Platform. The existence of multiple accounts attributed to the same individual — whether identified by matching identity data, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other indicator — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation. Following investigation, duplicate accounts may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ls888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify ls888 immediately via the support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification. ls888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit any or all of the following documentation before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time ls888 deems necessary:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of current residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your account (e.g., screenshot of the BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking app showing your name and account number, or confirmation of OVO/DANA/GoPay wallet registration).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified in the request notification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your ls888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any positive balance remaining at the time of closure may be withdrawn, subject to all applicable KYC requirements having been satisfied. ls888 reserves the right to retain documentation as required by its compliance obligations for a period of up to five years following account closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ls888 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ls888 supports a range of local payment channels designed to serve Indonesian members with minimal friction and no platform-side transaction fees.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. ls888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The availability of specific payment methods may change. The current list of active methods is always displayed at the deposit and withdrawal screens within the platform.

4.2 Deposits. Deposit requests submitted via BCA or BRI are typically confirmed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating conditions. All other supported bank and e-wallet deposits are typically confirmed within 15–30 minutes. ls888 charges no platform-side processing fee on any deposit. Standard interbank transfer charges levied by your bank remain your responsibility.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit thresholds and single-transaction maximums are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction. ls888 reserves the right to modify these thresholds at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication within the platform.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–60 minutes during WIB (UTC+7) business hours, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account has passed all applicable KYC checks.
• The amount requested represents real-money balance (i.e., deposits and winnings), not unconverted bonus balance.
• The withdrawal is directed to a payment method registered in your own name, consistent with the details on file with ls888.
• No open investigation, security review, or compliance flag is attached to the account at the time of the withdrawal request.

4.5 Withdrawal to Third-Party Accounts. Withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your own legal name are strictly prohibited. ls888 enforces a same-name policy on all withdrawal transactions and reserves the right to reject any withdrawal request where the destination account cannot be verified as belonging to the registered member.

4.6 Currency. All account balances, wager amounts, and transaction records on ls888 are maintained in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). ls888 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Members are solely responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred when funding their accounts from a non-IDR source.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ls888 offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, permitted game types, and validity period are stated within each promotion's dedicated terms page.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to members who have fully completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. ls888 reserves the right to withhold bonuses from accounts exhibiting indicators of abuse, including but not limited to: multiple account registration, use of VPN or proxy services, structured deposits designed to exploit bonus mechanics, and collusive betting patterns.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account to claim the same promotional offer.
• Using a third party's identity or payment credentials to claim promotions.
• Placing low-risk or opposing wagers across multiple accounts to guarantee wagering requirement clearance.
• Exploiting errors in odds, game mechanics, or promotional calculations (commonly referred to as "arbing" or "bonus hunting").

5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

5.5 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions. ls888 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including shortening the validity period, changing the wagering multiplier, or discontinuing the promotion entirely. Such changes will not affect any bonus claim that is already active and in progress at the time of modification.

6 Responsible Gaming

ls888 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment. The following tools and policies are in place for all members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through the account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Alerts: Members may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a defined period of continuous play has been reached.
• Reality Checks: The platform can display periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: A member may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section of the account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusions are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ls888 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering under a false identity or providing materially inaccurate personal information.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, miscalculated odds, or platform technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known error are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other members, including coordinating bets, sharing information not publicly available, or otherwise manipulating game or sporting outcomes.
• Using the ls888 Platform to launder money or to transfer funds obtained from illegal activity. ls888 cooperates fully with anti-money laundering (AML) reporting obligations and will report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask or misrepresent your actual geographic location, where such access is used to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ls888 staff or other members through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ls888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, written content, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ls888 or is used under license from the relevant rights holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the ls888 Platform without prior written permission from ls888 or the applicable rights holder. Unauthorized commercial use of ls888's intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, ls888 limits its liability to members as follows:

9.1 Platform Availability. ls888 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency patching, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. ls888 will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform unavailability.

9.2 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on ls888 are determined by independently audited RNG systems or live dealer draws conducted by certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. ls888 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not liable for losses incurred during fair-outcome gameplay.

9.3 Third-Party Services. ls888 is not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, or service interruptions of third-party payment processors, banking institutions (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and affiliated e-wallets), internet service providers, or other third parties involved in delivering platform services to you.

9.4 Consequential Loss. In no event shall ls888 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of income, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of the cause of action and regardless of whether ls888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.5 Maximum Liability Cap. Without prejudice to the foregoing, ls888's aggregate liability to any individual member in respect of any and all claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their ls888 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ls888 is internationally incorporated and licensed to operate. ls888 operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not make claims regarding domestic Indonesian licensing or regulatory approval, given that online gambling operates under specific legal constraints in Indonesia.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or to your use of the ls888 Platform, that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body agreed upon by both parties. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits ls888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized access to the Platform.

11 Amendments

ls888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ls888 will notify active members by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. The amended Terms & Conditions become effective immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the ls888 Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.
